Mrs. Dalloway said she would buy the flowers herself. For Lucy had her work cut out for her. The doors would be taken off their hinges; Rumpelmayer’s men were coming. And then, thought Clarissa Dalloway, what a morning--fresh as if issued to children on a beach.

The prompt
Start with a small decision made this morning, you would fetch the bread yourself, make the call yourself, take the long way, and write forward from it for the set time without stopping, letting the day's errands and the day's weather interrupt each other. If you stall, name the next thing that has to be done today and keep going. No crossing out.

In a group
A way to run it with a writing group:
Call and answer. Whoever is about to read calls out a ritual word, and the group answers before the reading begins.
